Kirstie Berger
Social Service Designee / Enrichment Coordinator
Kirstie Berger serves as our Social Worker Designee and assists with all facets of social services, including assessments, care plans, and discharge planning; serving as a link between community resources and the residents of Shady Lane. Kirstie is also Shady Lane’s Enrichment Coordinator. As a Certified Activity Leader, Kirstie implements activity programming for the campus, incorporating all six elements of wellness, while leading her valued team. Kirstie has worked in healthcare since 2007, bringing years of experience to Shady Lane Inc. as a caregiver, leader, and former owner of adult family homes.
Crystal Brey, RN
Resident Support Services RN
Crystal Brey has been with Shady Lane since 2010. She has been a dedicated caregiver to our residents as a CNA, LPN, and now RN. She is kind and compassionate and a natural leader. In the RN Support Services role, she is responsible for coordination of the admissions process, working closely with hospitals and insurance companies. She assists with daily oversight of the clinical team and plays a key role in management of infections and outbreaks on campus. She’s very involved with quality metrics and management for our residents as well. Crystal has an Associate Degree in Nursing (RN) from Lakeshore College.
Krysta Huibregste
Human Resources Coordinator
As the Human Resources Coordinator, Krysta Huibregste possesses expertise in our recruitment process, employee benefits and records, payroll, and manages all policies and procedures from her many years at Shady Lane. Krysta keeps up to date with the latest HR trends and practices thanks to her Associate Degree in Human Resource Administration. She also holds a License and Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing and a Health Unit Coordinator Technical Diploma.
Tara Reyes
Director of Environmental Services
Tara Reyes, as the Director of Environmental Services, leads housekeeping, laundry, janitorial, and maintenance staff. She ensures departmental operations are performed in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and Shady Lane’s policies and procedures. Tara keeps Shady Lane safe, clean, and in an attractive manner.
Becky Schneider, RN, WCC
Director of Nursing
Becky Schneider joined Shady Lane in 2000. Since then, she has worked in several hands-on roles and is a favorite of many residents. She’s gained knowledge and skills to transition into leadership roles including Wound Care Certification, Infection Prevention Training and Director of Nursing Certification. Becky is responsible for the oversight of clinical staff, quality assurance, infection prevention and staff education. She’s focused on quality care for everyone on our campus. Becky graduated from Lakeshore College with an Associate Degree in Nursing (RN).
Aaron Sconzert
Chief Financial Officer
Aaron Sconzert, our Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the financial health of Shady Lane by creating and implementing financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency. Aaron is a graduate of Montana State University with a Bachelor’s of Science/Business Degree and Pepperdine University with a Master’s of Business Administration.
Michelle Stockton
Admissions Coordinator
Michelle Stockton serves as Shady Lane’s Admissions Coordinator. She’s responsible for developing the census by cultivating relationships with potential residents and their families with appropriate information and assistance. She focuses on discovering potential resident’s motivational needs. Michelle partners with team members to ensure high levels on internal and external satisfaction.
Deanne Weier RN, NHA
Administrator
Deanne Weier joined Shady Lane in 2000. She has served in several clinical roles at the facility with a consistent focus in providing quality care to the residents. As the Administrator, her first priority is resident care and building strong relationships. She is responsible for financial and budgetary management, regulatory compliance, staff management, and community relations. Deanne has her Associate Degree in Nursing (RN) from Lakeshore College and completed her Nursing Home Administrator training through Madison College.
