National Senior Health and Fitness Day
Today is National Senior Health and Fitness Day! Most people think the only way to be active is through structured exercise; however, that is not true. There are many ways that seniors can stay active. Any kind of physical game or activity that has you moving your body will benefit you. Some of our favorite activities are a seated exercise class, fly swatter volleyball, and ring toss! I encourage everyone to find an activity you enjoy and stay active!
